I am a speaker who deals with the intersections of Business, Management, and English Second Language. I am a Communications Consultant, ESL Teacher and TEDx Speaker who has worked or taught in my ethnic language - English - and my second language - French - simultaneously for almost 60 years; starting at age 11 in the family business.

I understand both sides of the equation, with an added twist.  I have done this for the past 30+ years with a progressive hearing disability that has given me a unique perspective on the causes of, and solutions for, issues of multilingual communications.

I'm a practical guest who delivers practical solutions, and an engaging storyteller with a lifetime of experience. It won't be dull!
